Music and culture in the
Clarence Valley, NSW

Applications are now open for busking in Yamba CBD on Saturday 15 October 2015. Whether you’re a musician, a magician or a juggler, we want to hear from you.

Here’s how it works: you will be sent a map of official sites, then on the day buskers sign up for 30-60 minute time slots using the chalk board at each site and rotate after their set. Busking slots are available from 9am to 12 midday.

Busking groups may vary in size, although there will be more slots available for solo and duo performers. Power will be available at certain sites for amplified instruments although again, there will be more choice for acoustic players. We encourage you to put a hat down for tips and to have merchandise for sale.

Exceptions to the guidelines will be made at the festival committee's discretion depending on the type of performers applying - we'll do our best to accommodate everyone and to manage noise bleed from one area to the next. To apply, just complete the form on the right.
